This is the complete WingFoil Lesson. You will first learn how to fly a Wing independently. Secondly, you'll learn how to ride a FoilBoard. Then, you'll put the two together and have the complete experience of WingFoiling.

All gear will be provided for you, including a wetsuit. If you have a wetsuit, bring it. A 4/3mm full length suit is recommended. Come to the lesson dressed in warm shorts, sweatshirt, wind jacket, sandals. Bring a backpack to keep your stuff in. Some drinking water is a good idea as well.

No, you don't. WingFoiling can be learned without knowing any other skills beforehand. The training you will receive will help you get started with the progression. Windsurfing, Kitesurfing, Sailing experience will help you advance quicker but are not necessary.

It's possible one lesson will give you enough skills/confidence to go out on your own, but normally, people at least 2 lessons to gain the skills to become independent. Having the boat support is very advantageous in speeding up the learning curve. This eliminates the otherwise necessary carrying your gear back upwind after making one run and saves your energy.
